Insurance
I am in-network for Blue Cross / Blue Shield, Cigna / Evernorth and Aetna. I accept LyraHealth benefits provided by a number of employers including Mass General/BWH network. In addition, if your insurance plan allows out-of-network benefits, I will assist with electronic billing.
Payment
I bill monthly with Square online invoices that accept all credit cards and most health savings debit cards.
Cancellation Policy
I make every effort to relieve the burden of cancellation fees by offering an option of re-scheduling within the same work week if we can find a mutually agreeable time.
Nevertheless, my cancellation fee is $110 for less than 48-hours’ notice and $200 for less than 24-hours’ notice.
